Hayley Maynard

Hayley Maynard is a senior account manager at Inspire with 10+ years of communications experience. Her expertise extends beyond strategy into technical execution. She focuses on delivering straightforward, effective communication solutions that support organizational goals and drive meaningful engagement.

Hayley graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in agricultural communications and a minor in agricultural business. Prior to joining Inspire, Hayley served as the marketing and communications specialist for United Producers, Inc., one of the nation’s largest livestock marketing cooperatives, where she managed the communications department.

She has a deep-rooted connection to agriculture, having grown up on a row crop and beef cattle farm in Huron County, Ohio. Hayley and her husband, James, manage a 150-head Boer goat herd in Fairfield County with their kids.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys running, quilting and traveling, especially to Walt Disney World.
